We want you to be completely satisfied with your trading card purchase. If youāre not happy, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Timeframe:Ā Returns/exchanges must be requested withinĀ 14 daysĀ of delivery.
Condition:Ā Items must beĀ unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. Opened or played cards areĀ not eligibleĀ unless defective.
Proof of Purchase:Ā A valid receipt or order number is required.
2. Refunds
Approved Returns:Ā Refunds will be issued to the original payment method withinĀ 5ā7 business daysĀ after we receive and inspect the item.
Shipping Costs:Ā Return shipping is the customerās responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Non-Refundable Items:
Opened/played cards (unless defective).
Digital/downloadable products.
Items marked “Final Sale.”
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive aĀ damaged, misprinted, or incorrect card, contact us immediately atĀ Phuongscards@gmail.comĀ or callĀ (813) 388-2164. Weāll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Ship Back:Ā Once approved, mail the item(s) to: Phuong Cards 10020 Cross Creek Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647
(Include the RMA# if provided.)

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Phuong Cards isĀ not responsibleĀ for lost/stolen packages after delivery. We recommend tracking/insurance for high-value orders.
